Yes! Please eat prior to the procedure -- NPO is not required.
If you take a prescription blood thinner medication, please double check with our office at 614-591-0020 to see if you need to stop or temporarily hold the blood thinner prior to your procedure.
Do not immerse the injection site in water for 24 hours following the procedure. For pain management, use cold packs and ice; do NOT use heat the day of the procedure. You may resume normal activities the following day.
If you are coming for your 1st injection, we recommend bringing someone who can drive you home after.
